We started making jerky about 1.5 years ago, because I got a new pellet smoker. I've always loved smoking meats. Just your basic BBQ items, ribs, pulled pork, ect. I get joy out of people enjoying my food. The time I put in and seeing people’s reaction to what I have prepared. The jerky was good. But I always made way too much, so I would give it away at my job, and my wife would give it away at hers. Most people we gave it to would always say we should sell it. So, a few months ago. That's what we started doing. I put my heart into making a great product. I want to make premium jerky with the best ingredients for people to enjoy. And maybe one day that can be my full-time job.
